Veneera™ products are handmade with great care and customized to your teeth. If, contrary to expectations, your product does not fit reliably and precisely, you can contact Veneera™ customer service. Within the first two weeks, you are entitled to a free replacement, which will be newly manufactured for you, taking into account the defects.
Quality of the Teeth-Veneer 3.0
The Teeth-Veneer is manufactured to the highest quality standards. However, in order to guarantee you optimal comfort, the dental veneer is manufactured with a very low thickness of only 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. This requires particularly careful handling. If you accidentally break a dental veneer during its first use, you will receive a free replacement within the first two weeks, whereby you will only have to pay the shipping costs and a service fee of no more than $ 15.
