The delivery takes place throughout America. Please note the shipping costs for the respective countries.
Shipping costs
Shipping by USPS or UPS . The total delivery time is approx. 4 working days.
In case of cancellation, packing & shipping will be charged a fee depending on the chosen shipping method if the goods have already been shipped to you. Shipping costs may be higher for non-US customer.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered as follows:
- Within the United States: within 1 – 4 working days (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
- Outisde the United States: within 3 – 8 working days (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no shipping and no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Return Label
Veneera™ offers a free return label, which you can obtain by having your impressions approved by Veneera Support.
A return label is only available for US customers.
However, it is not possible to receive a refund for returns that you have paid for yourself.
The USPS Ground Advantage service is used for the return label.

More payment details
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the imprint.
Right of withdrawal for individually manufactured products
According to the law, there is no right of withdrawal for products that are individually made for the customer. Please note the point in the right of withdrawal: Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.
