Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation within 14 days of placing your order by clicking [Here]. 
We must receive a completed cancellation request form within the 14-day cancellation window for your request to be eligible. After 14 days, order cancellations are no longer possible; however, we would be happy to work with you to proceed with your order.

If you are eligible for a refund, upon receipt of your completed cancellation request form, we will issue a partial refund, less any applicable processing fee deductions listed below. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method on file within 3 business days of receiving your request, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. We are unable to issue refunds to an alternate payment 
method.

Once your dental impressions have been returned to our team for review and is accepted by production, refunds will no longer be available.

Fees & Deductions

If an impression kit has already been shipped, the following deductions may apply:

- Shipping costs for sending the impression kit (non-refundable)

- Used impression material fee, calculated based on the number of impression attempts used

- An additional service fee to cover handling, processing, and administrative costs

These amounts may be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
